The objective of this study was to explore the main barriers of ISO 9001:2008 in Namibia Airport Company (NAC). Relevant information had been gathered from literature in developing the survey tool to gather the related data. The findings of this study revealed that factors such as Top management involvement, Human capital (lack of expertise, attitudes of the employees, etc.) affect the effective implementation of ISO 9001:2008 at the NAC.
